One Fine Smile is Proud to Offer Botox Injections!

There may be confusion as to why a dental office is offering Botox Injections. What do teeth and Botox have to do with one another? Surprisingly, a lot!

Botox Injections can relieve symptoms of conditions relating to the mouth, jaw, and surrounding muscles. Bruxism, for example, can be alleviated by Botox. Bruxism refers to excessive teeth grinding or jaw clenching. By injecting Botox in key areas of the face, the force of grinding and clenching can be reduced. This can help reduce some of the pain and discomfort associated with Bruxism. It might even remove the need to use a mouth guard at night.

Botox is also used to make your smile more beautiful! Part of our job is to help patients feel more confident with their smile. Botox can be used to improve the overall aesthetics of the face in a noninvasive, nonsurgical manner. A “gummy smile” is a common patient concern that can be alleviated with Botox injections.

So why not go to a plastic surgeon for your Botox? We’ll tell you!

Dentists have a deep understanding of facial anatomy and physiology and are highly skilled at identifying the muscles in and surrounding the face. Also, a big part of a dentist’s job is regularly injecting patients with anesthetics. They are skilled at making injections quick and as painless as possible. In a sense, Dentists are Injection Experts!

Botox is $12 per Unit
